Siding finished!!!!!!!

Well the siding is finished and the drywall people are inside mudding.  Our PM Mike said they would be in there a few days and then hopefully they will install the cabinets by the weekend we will see.  It seems like there is an awfull lot to do by our June 14th closing date.

They accomplished a lot today the siding is almost completed,  shutters were installed and the taping of the drywall is almost complete.  They also delivered our cabinets and doors today.

Now it is starting to look like a house.  It is amazing how much they got done in two days.  Things are moving really fast it is fun watching the progress.

Pre drywall meeting

Pre drywall meeting.

We had our pre drywall meeting today with our PM Mike.  Every thing looked good.We only have one light fixture box that needs to be moved.  Mike informed us they will do an energy star inspection on Monday and then begin the drywall.  He also mentioned they will probably start the siding next week.  He set a tentative date for our final walk thru for June 12th and a closing date for the 14th.  Things are really moving along at a pretty fast pace.
